# v3.35.533 (Sep 02, 2026)
New Features
- Rejoin a class session you dismissed – If you decline or close the "join class session" prompt while a session is still running, a "Join session" option now appears in the menu bar so you can hop in anytime.
- Overdue and due-today to-dos show up automatically – Today's Day Plan now surfaces to-dos that are due today or overdue, even if you never scheduled them, so nothing slips off your radar. Tasks scheduled for a later day stay put.
- Checklists sync across your devices – Sub-tasks you add to a Day Plan task are now saved to the to-do itself, so they show up on web and mobile too, and sub-tasks added elsewhere appear on your Mac.
- Pause YouTube Music from the menu bar – Pause a YouTube Music track straight from the menu bar, or with your keyboard's media keys, not just from the player.
- AuDHD test results load automatically – If you came from the web AuDHD test, your results now open automatically the first time you launch the app.
- Edit your leaderboard username in the app – Tap the edit icon on the Accounts screen to change your leaderboard username, then Update or Undo. Previously this could only be changed in the web app.
Improvements
- Stricter class session enforcement – During a teacher-led class session, only the apps your teacher allows are usable, and your personal "Always Allowed Apps" list no longer applies while the session is active.
- More reliable app matching – If your teacher allows an app like "Chrome," it now correctly recognizes "Google Chrome" and similar name variations, so approved apps aren't blocked by mistake.
- Cleaner talking clock announcements – The spoken time now rounds to the nearest 15 minutes.
- Better break controls – When breaks are turned off, the Micro Break screen now lets you choose how often you'd like a break and turn them back on right there.
- Edit habits without ending your routine – You can now open Settings and edit habits during an active routine.
- Fewer interruptions starting a focus session – Removed the repeated "Do you want to use Focus Bear for your to-do list?" prompt, the To Do player is now simply enabled by default.
- Clearer bug reporting – The "Send" button on the Report a Problem screen is now a clearer, larger orange button.
- Finer blocking schedules – Blocking schedule start and end times can now be set in 5 minute steps.
Bug fixes
- Fixed the Office Mode and WFH Mode buttons on the Micro Break screen not responding to clicks.
- Restored Spanish translations on the focus complete screen, including session rating, next goal prompts, and the achievement, stats, and continue break buttons.
- Fixed sizing of the #project autocomplete suggestions and text legibility while editing a Day Plan task.
- Fixed focus sessions occasionally recording an incorrect duration after your Mac was asleep or quit overnight.
- Fixed the menu clipping its content, so "Focus Tools" and the microphone icons are now fully visible.
- After finishing your morning routine, you're now taken straight to your Day Plan instead of seeing a "stay focused" message and the window closing.
- Fixed the Day Plan's free time estimate to only count the time still ahead of you today, instead of treating the whole day as free.
- Fixed a "Save" button showing no text on the Create New Project prompt, and made sure Day Plan labels never appear blank.
- Fixed duplicate tasks appearing when snoozing a Day Plan task to a later day.
- When your teacher ends a class session, your personal tasks now come back right away in the Todo Player.
- A focus session started from "Block everything else" during a meeting now shows the normal end of session warning, with the option to extend or finish.
- Fixed the Focus Button occasionally getting stuck on an unclear sync status, with habit icons failing to appear.
- Fixed left menu tabs, including Todo List, Focus Button, Time Tracker, and Late No More, being clickable while logged out, which could leave you stuck without a way back to sign in.
- Reporting a wrongly blocked app or site now keeps it unblocked for the rest of your focus session, instead of blocking it again moments later.
- Fixed a permission prompt for controlling your browser popping up and disappearing repeatedly, it now appears once and remembers your choice.
- Fixed a "Choose Application" window that could appear on startup for some users.
- Fixed the plus and minus buttons on the menu's focus duration picker snapping back to your saved duration instead of keeping your adjustment.
- Fixed the blocked site "set intention" screen staying on screen after you stopped a focus session.
- Fixed the Todo Player opening blank, and not showing your saved focus task, when starting a focus session from the menu.
- Postponing your routine no longer turns off your breaks, if you've chosen to keep them on while postponed.
