Where to get it
  • Write down your morning routine on a piece of paper and read it every morning and evening. Not just as a list of activities, but as a reaffirming text to read out loud. Something like “I get up every morning at 7:00 AM and take a shower. After that, I sit down and meditate for ten minutes before making my coffee. Then, I…” This will help you remember and stick to your routine every day until it becomes natural.
